Oneida Indian Nation Leader Ray Halbritter

Seven months ago, construction began on Exit 33, Turning Stone Resort Casino's new multi-venue entertainment complex. 

Today, Oneida Nation Representative and Nation Enterprises CEO Ray Halbritter says Turning Stone's atmosphere is saturated with excitement for Exit 33's public grand opening at 4 p.m. 

Halbritter believes Exit 33 will solidify Turning Stone's reputation as the premiere entertainment destination in New York for decades. 

"There's really nothing like this that I know of in the state," said Halbritter, in a July 17 phone interview. "This is a new standard in excellence for entertainment. There's nothing even close." 

A full lineup of weekend entertainment is planned for the new venues at Exit 33. Though the venues' themes target fans of country music, rock and jazz, Halbritter says Exit 33 will host a broad array of acts. 

Take July 20 for example: the Turquoise Tiger will act as a piano bar to host blues singer Eden Brent at 9 p.m.He has since undergone two-and-a-half hours’ surgery to have a Titanium Rod for sale inserted into his leg and looks set to be out of action for the rest of the season., before transforming into a burlesque club when pin-up model/performer Veronica Varlow takes the stage at midnight.
