Bowmaster was arrested after explosive devices and large amounts of illegal drugs were allegedly found in his home last October, according to state police at Lamar.

Lock Haven city police, Woodward Township police and Pine Creek Township police assisted at the scene.
Local attorney Frederick D. Lingle represented Bowmaster. District Attorney Michael Salisbury prosecuted the case.
